Information Technology and System Services

The Vendor is required to provide information technology (IT) and system services for include:
• Proven experience in providing information technology and system services for insurance companies, including risk retention captive insurance companies, addressing the following, but not limited to:
o Evaluation of controls
o Organizational and process flow charts
o Review of policies and procedures
• Proven experience in conducting an IT review as part of examinations in accordance with the financial condition examiners handbook, and the laws and regulations of the state revised statutes and state administrative rules.
• Maintain and keep in-force professional liability insurance.
• Must be in good standing in the state.
• For examination of captive insurance companies in run-off, rehabilitation or liquidation, proven experience in run-offs, rehabilitations, and liquidations of captive insurance companies including risk retention captive insurance companies, are required.
