The vendor is required to provide a complete range of employment and labor law services.
- Identify locations; give the location of the office from which the work is to be done and the number of partners, associates and other professional staff employed at the office.
- If more than one office may do the work, provide that information for each office.
- Providing consolidated support and services;
- Training teachers in the latest research-based methods;
- Piloting innovative programs;
- Coordinating early childhood, special education and vocational services across the regions.
- Conduct investigations and detailed reports regarding employment matters;
- Advice and consultation on collective bargaining, unfair labor practices and discipline, labor arbitrations and act;
- Advice and consultation on employment regulation issues including wage and hour, agency, worker’s disability compensation act, and state unemployment security act;
- Advice and consultation on employee benefits issues such as benefit plan documents,
- Patient protection and affordable care act compliance, 403(b) and 457 plans;
- Advice and consultation on employment immigration matters, including visas;
- Provide professional development for administration, staff, and board members on pertinent issues in employment and labor law;
- Provide information on training, newsletters, or other additional services provided to clients and whether there is a charge for these services;
- Provide visionary leadership and quality services to strengthen teaching and learning for all citizens.
