The vendor is required to provide legal services to assist in the investigation and possible litigation involving ground water contamination in and around county properties from PFAS (poly-fluoroalkyl substances) especially from aqueous firefighting foam (AFFF) which contains a high level of pfas.
 - Proposal requirements
• An executive summary (not to exceed two (2) pages).
• Name, address and telephone number of the respondent submitting a proposal pursuant to this RFP, and the name of the key contact person.
• The number of years respondent has been in business under the present name.
• The number of years respondent has been under the current management.
• Any judgments within the last three (3) years in which respondent has been adjudicated liable for professional malpractice. if yes, please explain.
• Confirm appropriate federal and state licenses to perform activities.
 - Professional information requirements
• Description and scope of work by respondent.
• Name, address and contact information of references.
• Explanation of perceived relevance of the experience to the RFP.
• Brief description of respondent's relevant clients including government clients during
• Resumes of key employees
• Names and resumes of attorneys who will be assigned to provide legal services to the county
• A narrative statement of the respondent’s understanding of the needs and goals.
