The Vendor is required to provide property/casualty/workers' compensation insurance to its member local units.
- The Fund also provides its members with a comprehensive risk control and claims management program.
- Proposals will be assigned worker’s compensation matters on a rotating basis, although the Fund reserves the right to use other criteria to determine assignment of work.
- As a member of the defense panel there is no guarantee of the assignment of any claims.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
