Classified and Legal Advertising Services

The Vendor is required to provide classified and legal advertising services.
- Classified advertising include:
• Newspapers must have a circulation that includes all of county.
• There are circulation requirements as stated in the bid document.
• A user department may request current, certified proof of circulation at any time during the contract period.
• Bid price per agate line or inch is based on bulk contract rates.
• This bid is for classified advertising, and these will vary and be placed as needed throughout the contract term.
• Each invoice must include a copy or copies of the advertisement.
• Supplier will invoice on a month basis to each using department. 
• The department may elect to utilize their procurement card to pay the invoice.
• Supplier agrees that the contract resulting from the bid may be used by all departments and authorities of the county.
• Any orders placed after April 1, 2019, will be applied/credited to the minimum line specification during the contract period.
- Legal advertising include:
• Newspaper must have circulation in county.
• Must be a daily newspaper with general circulation.
• Current certified proof of circulation may be required at any time during the contract term, at the user department’s request.
• Bid price per agate line is based on bulk contract rates.
• Ads will vary and be placed “as needed” throughout the contract term.
• Copy (ies) of the ad(s) must accompany each invoice.
• The bid prices shall include the notarized proof of publication.
• Invoicing to be on a weekly basis or, as agreed upon by the award bidder and the user department.
• This contract may be used by any/all departments/authorities of the county.
• Bid price to be held firm for the duration of the contract.
