Land Use Counsel Services

The vendor is required to provide in serving as land use counsel to handle certain land use matters involving the agency.
- Selected counsel will represent agency on municipal matters, including land use.
- On average, submits 30 applications for governmental funding or grants for agency projects, such as wells, treatment facilities, and water distribution system improvements or extensions.
- Counsel should be well versed in successfully advising governmental entities on the same.
- Counsel must also seasoned advice to agency on high leverage land use matters.
- Budget: $100 million.
