Real Property Transaction Counsel Services

The Vendor is required to provide in serving as agency real property counsel to handle certain real property matters involving the agency.
- Counsel to represent it in real estate matters including acquisition and sales of real property, eminent domain matters, and acquisition of interests in real property for agency facilities.
- Flat Charges and Minimum Charges - Counsel may apply flat charges as part of its rate structure if such flat charges have specifically been agreed to by the agency. No minimum charge for any activity may be applied.
- Billing increments/requirements - counsel shall bill time in 1/10 hour increments. 
- Bills shall identify the matter and itemize each activity performed by each attorney and paralegal with a specific description of the service rendered and the amount of time spent on such service. 
- The bill must also include the total amount of fees and disbursements "billed to date", including those incurred in the invoiced period.
