Legal Services

The Vendor is required to provide legal counsel to the college pertaining to the lawful operation of the radio station council.
- Providing services on as needed basis, as assigned by the college. 
- Services may include but are not limited to the following:
•    Conduct the necessary communications with the commission concerning the operation of the council radio station on behalf of the college;
•    Advise on and interpret the federal communications act as well as other relevant commission rules and regulations as they may pertain to council in order to facilitate the continued lawful operation of the radio station;
•    File and prosecute applications and reports before the commission;
•    Assist the college with maintaining the radio station’s operating license;
•    Ensure that the council radio station is operating in accordance with all relevant laws, rules and regulations;
•    Respond to inquiries from authorized college officials on all of the above-listed subject matters.
