The Vendor is required to provide nutritious meals and snacks that contribute to the wellness, healthy growth, and development of young children, and the health and wellness of older adults and chronically impaired disabled persons.
- Participating institutions receive reimbursement by serving these nutritious meals to eligible individuals who are enrolled for care at participating child and adult care centers.
- Provide an assessment of the current processes by observation, interviews of various staff located within the department locations throughout the state and conduct gap analysis of current to industry standard processes.
- Provide the recommendations and approaches for future state processes based on the observations, interviews and analysis that were conducted.
- Recommendations -
• Recommend and document future state best practices and business workflow process document recommended approach to ensure future state is within imposed requirements which includes staffing changes, system changes and project timeline
• Recommend and document future state training needs
• Current state findings report including current state workflow
• Standard operating procedures draft documentation
• Gap analysis report
• Proposed future state business process model
• Recommended approach (methodology and proposed timeframe) for moving from the current state to the future state.
• Staffing model, system needs, business process implementation plan/timeline - and phased transition
• Future state application system requirements.
