Legal Services

The vendor is required to provide legal services related to collective bargaining and employment negotiations.
•    Draft a negotiation framework document, incorporating applicable laws, statutes, and best practices.
•    Ensure alignment with state general laws, state labor relations requirements, and existing contractual obligations. 
•    Provide guidance on language, terms, and provisions to support fair, consistent, and legally compliant negotiations across employee groups. 
•    Recommend strategies, clauses, and options to address anticipated areas of discussion. 
•    Deliver a final draft in a format ready for review and adoption by the agency.
