Court Appointed Defense Counsel Services

The vendor is required to provide court appointed defense counsel services for include:
•    Appearing for any and all court appearances
•    Researching facts and law as necessary to represent defendant 
•    Preparing and timely filing of pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery 
•    Communicating with defendant regarding the status of their case, to include providing defendant notice of all upcoming court dates and appearances 
•    Submitting accurate billing statements to the court on a timely basis 
•    Responding promptly to telephone calls, e-mails, and other correspondence from the defendant and municipal court staff.
