Legal Services

The vendor is required to provide legal services including, but not limited to: 
•    Construction bid package review and approval
•    Third party contract drafting, review, and negotiation including but not limited to: various tasks and services, design consultant agreements, contractor construction forms and agreements, vendor agreements, etc.
•    Landowner property access agreements
•    Risk management, liability, and insurance-related legal guidance
•    Research regarding general legal issues
•    Employment and labor law matters
•    Land use and environmental law matters
•    Regulatory, tax exemption, and grant compliance matters (local, state, federal)
•    Corporate governance and business entity matters
•    Dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, or litigation support
•    Other legal services as requested.
