Legal Services

The Vendor is required to provide legal counsel and associated services such as document preparation (including grant agreements, bond and loan documents, and contracts and instruments related to the purchase, sale, and leasing of real property), representation in matters arising or needing to be filed in all state and federal courts, and any and all services needed to complete required tasks.
- Draft and review contracts, grant agreements, agency of agreement or understanding, bylaws, rules and procedure, proposed ordinances and statutes, legal pleadings, and other legal documents, and provide legal advice and opinions regarding the same.
