Legal Services

The vendor is required to provide Legal services for include:
•    Provide advice and consultation in respect to issues relating to individuals with disabilities education act (IDEA) and law.
•    Consult as needed with the board and board chairperson, as well as the superintendent and designee about idea and exceptional children program legal matters;
•    Represent and negotiate on behalf of the board in legal matters;
•    Be available upon short notice to handle time-sensitive matters; and
•    All times serve as an advocate for the board of education with regard to IDEA and exceptional children program legal matters.
