Legal Services

The Vendor is required to provide to contract with the department to operate its legal services program.
- The Legal Services Program provides legal services to the elderly, age 60 and older, residents of County.
- The Attorney will also be required to meet with clients in the client's home if said client is not physically able to meet at the locations in County.
- The Attorney will be monitored for contract performance on an annual basis.
- Claims for damages because of bodily injury, occupational sickness or disease, or death of his employees;
- Claims for damages because of bodily injury, sickness or disease, or death of any person other than his employees;
- The Attorney must have in place, a method to accept contributions from department clients for services rendered in accordance with department policy.
