Land Use Board Legal Counsel Services

The vendor is required to provide legal services on an “as-needed” or “on-call” basis for this project.
- Including but not limited to:
•    Attendance at land use board meetings and workshops and training. 
•    Preparation of draft land use board decisions and resolutions.
•    Provision of legal advice on applications before the city land use boards. 
•    Provision of guidance to the city land use boards for compliance with the state environmental quality review act (SEQRA). 
•    Litigation pursued or defended at the direction of the mayor. 
•    General counsel.
