Attorney Services

The Vendor is required to provide will handle lea county criminal cases in state district court under the supervision of the district attorney and may do work related to county under the supervision of the county attorney.
- Must demonstrate:
•    They are a practicing attorney with criminal law and/or prosecuting experience.
•    They have a current state bar license.
•    Knowledge of rules of evidence/rules of criminal procedure.
•    Any experience with local government.
