Environmental Insurance Recovery Counsel Services

The Vendor is required to provide for legal services related to environmental insurance recovery related matters for the department.
- Provide to engage a law firm with expertise in environmental insurance recovery litigation to handle this type of claim – specifically one involving long-standing liability for a site contaminated by chemicals and wastes from decades of different industrial activities where there is little knowledge about the universe of insurance policies that exist.
- Believes that it is imperative that the law firm chosen is one who has a proven track record with this type of environmental claim and not a law firm who handles insurance defense work.
