The Vendor is required to provide an experienced workers' compensation attorney to represent a claimant in a worker's compensation appeal before the board.
- The attorney will have significant experience representing worker's compensation claimants.
- The attorney must be able to provide in-person, video (i.e. Zoom), and telephonic-facilitated legal representation.
- Maintain professional liability insurance with minimum coverage limits of not less than $200,000 per claim and $500,000 in aggregate liability.
