The Vendor is required to provide legal assistance under this program is defined as legal advice and representation provided by an attorney licensed to practice in the state.
- Assistance may include, to the extent feasible, counseling or other appropriate assistance by a paralegal or law student under the direct supervision of a qualified attorney.
- The program provides service in civil matters of the law and does not include criminal matters or fee generating cases.
