The vendor is required to provide mobile application maintenance and support software for mytxcareer, a proprietary application built for state job seekers and students with information about career pathways in high-demand state industries.
- Telephone and email support: successful bidder must provide telephone and email support to provide technical assistance and/or general consultation during normal business hours defined as 8 am to 5pm central time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Maintenance release: agency must be provided application app maintenance releases at no additional cost to agency.
• “Maintenance release” refers to revised versions of the application app software, such as hot fixes, error corrections, service packs, and other enhancements, that successful bidder, at its sole discretion, makes available to all licensed customers.
• “Maintenance releases” do not include any:
1.New upgrade releases which contain substantially new or different functionality,
2.Products that are licensed separately from the application app software,
3.Any customizations created at the request of a specific customer, or
4.Any customizations necessitated by local or federal law changes, local programmatic changes, or mandates issued by the state department of labor.
