The vendor is required to provide that professional services designed to modernize and improve workforce systems across the united states, with a central focus on fostering collaboration among federal, state, and local partners.
-Budget: The anticipated contract type: price up to $100,000 (includes travel, hotel, and expenses).
-The proposal is expected to be comprehensive and cover pertinent areas to navigating the financial management and budgeting process for agency.
-The expectation is that at a minimum, the training shall include best practices, policy clarifications:
•Agency funding streams, explain the allocations and timing of disbursements, funding parameters, allowable vs. disallowable costs, and relevant fiscal.
•Outline a simplistic guide to agency financials for all staff levels, to include navigating the basic accounting principles; and share best practices for obligating funds, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenditures.

•Offer insight into the external fiscal monitoring process and best practice options for internal use.
