Additional Firms and Services to Supplement for Professional Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional services will support city staff in the design of roadways on an as needed basis.
- Design phase professional service provider will be responsible for negotiated services potentially including field survey, geotechnical investigation, pavement design, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), schematic, preliminary and final drainage design, environmental documentation, public involvement, utility coordination and utility conflict resolution, right-of-way (ROW) and easement determination, ROW and easement mapping, ROW and easement appraisal and acquisition services, and plans, specifications, and estimates.
- The design phase professional service provider will provide bid phase services, including all plans, specifications, and other documents required for bid phase.
- Professional firms must demonstrate by Statement of Qualifications individual and team expertise in these three specialized construction disciplines:
oRoadway infrastructure for residential and collector improvements
oRoadway infrastructure for thoroughfares.
oDesign-build projects for thoroughfare roadway infrastructure.
