Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide consulting services for comprehensive abuse prevention systems to include risk management, training, policy development, and accreditation preparation to enhance safety and abuse prevention practices within agency secure facilities.
- Provide an overall project schedule that includes anticipated duration dates, resources, dependencies, and milestones for each project phase.
- Build internal expertise within facility leadership.
- Conduct risk assessments tailored to the unique characteristics of each facility.
- Review and evaluate agency existing procedures.
- Conduct a sample of interviews with a selection of case managers and other stakeholders to share their perspective on the existing practices.
- Provide resources and guidance to implement best practices in abuse prevention.
- Prepare facilities to achieve an industry-recognized accreditation.
- Implement a unified, system-wide approach to safety and abuse risk management.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the population that agency serves as well as an understanding of juvenile corrections operations.
- Provide a comprehensive response which includes all required information and documentation as outlined in this Solicitation to ensure the Respondent meets all requirements, possesses the required experience and qualifications, and has the financial capacity to perform the required services.
- Provide all applicable permits, licenses, accreditations, and insurance coverage related to this proposal.
- Furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary to perform the services and/or provide the goods, if applicable, as required.
