The vendor is required to provide airport consulting services for the economic basis for air traffic at the airport, historical trends in airline traffic, and key factors that may affect future airline traffic.
- The airport consultant may be asked to provide aviation market and traffic studies.
- The consultant may be asked to issue a report, prior to the issuance of additional bonds, estimating the gross revenues, operation and maintenance expenses, and other amounts required to be deposited to funds and accounts for the year capital projects are placed in service and for three years thereafter.
- Consultant may be asked to assist in negotiations on airline lease and use agreements, rates by resolution, or provide information on current airport industry practices.
- Consultant may be asked to participate in planning and development of capital projects with other authority consultants, including to consultants providing master plan, engineering, architectural, and environmental services.
