Financial Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide that financial consulting services for on an as needed.
- Task authorizations:
• Confirmation from consultant and verification in the sole discretion of city that the consultant can meet the schedule or technical requirements of the project;
• The judgment of the city, strict compliance with the existing time for performance and milestones of any other contract or task authorization between consultant and city; and,
• Determination by the city in its sole judgment that consultant can meet the project demands based on prior history of the consultant and/or knowledge of the existence of other time critical projects issued to consultant which would conflict with the performance of the contemplated services.
• The event that consultant cannot meet any of the above criteria or any others that may be required by city obtain for its consideration and possible approval a proposed task authorization from the next ranked firm or next firm in the rotation.
