Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide the needs of the elderly community in city with a strategic focus on housing/homelessness, food insecurity, hoarding, substance use, and other issues identified by the elderly community through a needs assessment created and implemented by the consultant.
- Strategic plan for the elderly services staff to implement with a focus on developing and improving services for older people aged 55 and above residing in city.
- The elderly services currently manages the operation of three senior day centers Monday through Friday where seniors of the new haven community enjoy congregate meals, movement classes, and activities year-round.
- On-call facility-related repair services and construction services (e.g., plumbers, electricians, general contractors, roofers) who do not have direct contact with youth.
