The vendor is required to provide that technology consulting services to fulfill on-call support services for the city’s cloud fusion applications (Oracle), including all implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management (HCM) modules, as subsequently described in this document.
- On-call support consultants must be skilled in the following:
1. Configuration and management of oracle ERP modules, including:
• Accounts payable (ap) and expenses
• General ledger (GL), subledger accounting (SLA), fixed assets
• Accounts receivable (AR) and cash management
• Procurement (self-service procurement and procurement contracts)
• Budgetary control and encumbrance accounting
• Project portfolio management (ppm) including project financial management, project control, and project billing
2. Configuration and management of oracle HCM modules, including:
• Core human resources (Core HR) and compensation
• Payroll (global payroll)
• Benefits
• Talent management and learning
3. System administration tasks, such as:
• User and role provisioning
• Security management
• Integration with third-party systems and applications
4. Data management:
• Maintenance of data integrity and accuracy across all modules
5. Experience with reporting and analytics, including:
• Creation and modification of OTBI reports
6. Experience implementing and supporting:
• Employee self-service (ESS)
• Manager self-service (MSS)
• Transition to redwood experience
7. System performance and troubleshooting:
• Resolution of errors and system issues
• Root cause analysis and preventive measures
8. Incident resolution and on-call services to support:
• Resolution of critical issues within agreed SLAs
