Greenhouse Architectural and Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide that greenhouse architectural and consulting services s in furtherance of constructing a greenhouse for the city and department of general services.
- The city will provide a concrete pad, electric and plumbing connection, and ready utilities as part of the project
- The selected bidder agrees to complete the construction of the greenhouse within forty-five (45) days after the effective date of contract.
- Standard general conditions of the construction contract will apply.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
