Professional Services

The vendor is required to provide professional services to support the relocation of its data center equipment, both before and after the move.
- The district for a partner that can provide hands-on support to make sure that equipment is shut down and brought back online properly, looking for break/fix support, and a partner to help plan as minimally disruptive move as possible.
- Suppliers should provide a table of expected engineers and costs per hour, along with a total project cost.
- District plans to be engaged throughout the move and have their engineers work side by side with supplier's engineers. Expected phases to have supplier’s involvement:
• Discovery - review existing hardware, see equipment inventory below for informal list of equipment.
a. Supplier to have engineers with experience in the provided equipment list.
• Planning minimally impactful move with existing equipment.
• prepping equipment for move to begin on or around December 01, 2025, and to be completed by December 31, 2025
• Receiving
• Operationalizing at new data center.
a. Suppliers shall have engineers on staff that can be made available for troubleshooting should there be problems bringing the equipment online.
