- Optimizing workflows: assist in optimizing workflows for financial aid processing, disbursement, and reporting.
- Provide guidance and hands-on support in making customizations to reduce manual work and ensure that the system is used to its fullest potential.
- This includes automating tasks, streamlining processes, and improving overall operational efficiency.
- Customized reporting and analytics: provide ad-hoc support for the creation of customized reports that meet the evolving needs of the department.
- Ensure reports are designed to aid in compliance, operational tracking, and quality assurance.
- Post-implementation support: provide ongoing on-call support during the post-implementation phase to address any immediate issues, adjustments, or refinement needs.
- This support will ensure that the system continues to meet the office’s needs and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- The consulting firm will help identify areas for improvement and guide the team in making any necessary adjustments as they arise.
- All remote/hybrid meetings for this project will use either the zoom or google meets platforms.
