The vendor is required to provide services in conjunction with a recently awarded $300,000 small project fund grant from corporation.
- Administrative Services
• Participation in development and coordination of the marketing, application and project selection process;
• Review proposed projects for eligibility;
• Review program guidelines with selected participants;
• Solicit contractor bids for selected projects;
• Review proposed project designs for compliance with design guidelines;
• Prepare project commitment and environmental compliance paperwork;
• Ensure compliance with program requirements;
• Coordinate architectural and environmental services
• Coordination of construction monitoring and conduct site inspections;
• Communication with property owners;
• Review of and submission of funding commitment and disbursement paperwork;
• Submit payment reimbursement requests to county; and
• Collaborate with county and corporation staff for project activities.
