Enterprise Risk Management Advisory Services

The vendor is required to provide enterprise risk management strategy advisory services:
a. Develop, review, and/or support the implementation of risk frameworks, policies, procedures and processes, including, but not limited to:
• Risk governance and oversight;
• Risk and strategy integration;
• Risk culture;
• Risk frameworks and policies;
• Risk appetite framework, statements, and metrics;
• Risk taxonomy;
• Risk register;
• Risk reporting and key risk indicators;
• Risk assessment criteria;
• Risk domain specific policies and procedures;
• Emerging risks;
• New initiative and project risk assessments; and
• Other risk tools and assessments (e.g. risk and control self-assessments, issues and
b. Perform and support risk management activities, including, but not limited to:
• Conduct and review risk identification exercises, risk assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and reporting;
• Provide independent oversight and challenge of risk assessments performed by the corporation;
• Provide expert guidance and advisory services on specific risk domains and topics (e.g. it/cybersecurity risk, third party risk, new initiatives/project risk, etc.); and
• Other ad-hoc risk management advisory services as required, to support with the continued development and maturation of the erm program. actions management, risk events, incident management, etc.)
c. Provide risk management training and enhance risk culture, including, but not limited to:
• Perform workshops and/or facilitate training and risk awareness sessions; and
• Develop training material to be used by the erm team on risk-related topics.
d. Support the implementation and use of data and technology within the erm program, including, but not limited to:
• Assist with the deployment and ongoing use of risk management tools, software, databases, and/or Systems that support risk management activities.
e. Provide any other erm related services not indicated above, as required. - Contract Period/Term: 3 years
