The vendor is required to provide to develop and implement an operating model for reference data management (RDM) to enhance its data governance capabilities.
- The selected vendor will be responsible for:
• Confirming and refining the RDM operating model.
• Providing expertise in adopting related strategies, architecture, policies, and standards.
• Implementing the RDM framework across key systems to ensure seamless integration and transition into corporation operations.
- Develop and implement an operating model for reference data management (RDM):
• The development and implementation of a comprehensive reference data management (RDM) framework for corporation, ensuring structured governance, data consistency, and operational efficiency.
• This includes establishing policies, governance structures, and standardized taxonomies, as well as creating detailed data documentation such as a data dictionary, reference data model, and source-to-target mapping.
• Operational processes will be defined to manage data integration, quality control, and change management, while monitoring tools like KPIs, dashboards, and periodic reports will ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Provide training and communication materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, and workshops, to facilitate stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• The proponent must have extensive experience in implementing data governance and management initiatives within complex organizations, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• A proven ability to lead large-scale programs, manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and foster collaboration is essential
• The vendor should also drive continuous improvement by mentoring teams, leveraging best practices, and optimizing processes. expertise in change management is critical to support long-term adoption, including delivering targeted training and resources to enable staff to sustain RDM practices effectively.

- Implement sustainable technical solution:
• The stream of work focuses on developing a comprehensive reference data management (RDM) solution for corporation, integrating data from its core systems, including db2 z/OS, microsoft dynamics CRM, ERP, success factors, azure data lake, and microsoft SQL server.
• The solution will ensure these systems coexist with the RDM framework, with a migration plan for db2 and SQL server and no migration for other systems. integration will be facilitated through technologies such as azure event hub and data bricks delta tables.
• The vendor will develop key technology enablement components, such as governance portals for centralized access to policies and tools, comparative analysis to demonstrate value, and collaboration platforms for shared resources.
• They will implement tools to enforce governance rules and advocate for the effective use of technologies.
• The solution will include the creation of a centralized reference data repository, data mapping tools, and interfaces for system integration, along with audit logs and reports to monitor usage and access to reference data.
• The vendor’s role will also include supporting system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and service introduction, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
