Climate Action Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide technical assistance and support to county municipalities regarding climate action.
- Services include:  
• Provide resources for climate mitigation and adaptation strategies that are broadly applicable, informed by the county and segmented GHG inventory, to be made available to all county municipalities.
• Efficient, productive engagement with leadership of two to four select pilot municipalities to identify their unique concerns.
• Identify three priority climate strategies for each pilot municipality and provide resources and advice to support successful implementation, including impacts, benefits, costs, and timeframe.
• These strategies and resources will also serve as models for communities with similar concerns.
• Craft messaging and information for residents or businesses as appropriate to advance climate mitigation and adaptation strategies.
