Civic Center Complex Planning Consultant Services

The vendor is required to consulting services to provide an assessment and study of the city’s civic center complex.
- Include for services:
• A regional market and program analysis of existing conditions focusing on but not limited to current trends in local and regional sports and entertainment markets, current economic and tourism trends, competition and threats, and potential demand for the complex facilities (including financial impact projections).
• Quantify the current direct and indirect economic impact of the complex for the city and the region
• Analysis of current complex programming along with an annotated space list.
• Identify opportunities for hotel, convention center and other mixed-use utilization of the site, to include potential standalone options and cojoined space
• Inventory and analysis of current for-profit vs. more community related uses of the complex.
• Identify multifunction indoor sports/competition venue opportunities.
• Evaluation of adjacent area economic development potential.
• Evaluation of current food and beverage services and opportunities for enhancement.
• Connectivity and access analysis to the civic center.
• Identification of current utilization and future opportunities for the football stadium and baseball stadium.
