Improvement Program Environmental Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide improvement program environmental consulting services.
- Area of study
• Air quality, including analysis of construction, operations, and construction related hauling
• Cultural resources and tribal cultural resources
• Geology and soil morphology
• Greenhouse gas emissions
• Hazardous materials
• Hydrology and water quality
• Noise
• Public services and public safety
• Transportation and circulation
• Utilities
• Land use impacts
• Impacts to plants, fish, and wildlife
• Other (as needed)
- Work products
• Public scoping meeting(s), if determined necessary;
• Notice of preparation and documentation, if determined necessary;
• Draft environmental documents analyzing the proposed project;
• Notice of availability;
• Final environmental documents based on final project;
• Necessary act environmental documents for adoption by agency board including findings of fact and statement of overriding considerations if applicable;
• All necessary follow up documentation after adoption;
• Meeting attendance (periodic meetings with staff and anticipated meetings before governing bodies);
• Other documentation required by act.
