All Hazards Preparedness Planning Consulting and Recovery Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional planning, advising, consulting and continuity of operation activities which may fit in the areas of homeland security, disaster preparedness, and emergency response and recovery.
- Services requested may include, but are not limited to, studying, monitoring, reporting, documenting, managing, analyzing, assessing, designing, and other related work.
- Services include:
• Emergency operations
• Planning and response
• Contingency
• Risk assessment
• Vulnerability
• Hazards and operability
• Hazard mitigation
• Incident response
• Testing
• Training, cleanup, and exercise programs
• Restoration
• Structural assessments, reconstruction, and rehabilitation
• Project management
• Construction management
• General contracting services
• Repairing, remodeling, and renovation services to include:
o Roofing, asset management, logistics and support, disaster/emergency warning and notification systems, regional response, decontamination, continuity of operations planning, data management, documentation, water and smoke cleanup and rehabilitation, temporary response facilities and services, and debris removal monitoring.
