Technology Commercialization Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide consulting services in the areas of patent portfolio evaluation, patent monetization strategy, and access to research funding.
• Evaluation of active patent assets owned by agency
• Identification of patents with high commercial value from third parties
• Analysis of high value patents, or groups or families of patents including quality, valuation, and claim charts with evidence of use in third party products
• Identification of potential licensees or infringers
• Advise on and implement patent monetization strategies.
