Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide advice and technical assistance for the housing and citizen services department regarding department related activities.
• Work tasks will be assigned on an as needed basis.
• All deliverables must be submitted in electronic format as agreed upon at time of task assignment.
• All work completed shall be available for use by the housing and citizen services department staff.
• It is anticipated that the consultant shall provide, at a minimum, advice and technical assistance for individual projects that may include the following:
o Regulatory issues
o Grant and financing opportunities
o Reporting and administrative requirements
o Environmental review record (err)
o Grant activity coordination and communication
o Program design of homeowner and rental rehabilitation services
o Analysis of impediments to fair housing assessment
o Annual plan
o Consolidated annual performance and evaluation report (caper)
o Other department related reporting and documentation as needed.
