Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide for a private education and facilities infrastructure act (PPEA) consultant to assist with a project for the adaptive reuse of the Renwick complex.
- Review of concept proposals: comparison of overall design and technical approach to city’s PPEA selection factors, review of firms’ financial status, and review of proposals for RFP responsiveness.
- PPEA negotiation: participation in negotiation sessions/emails/phone calls with city and selected firm to finalize the comprehensive agreement, negotiate contract terms, and make revisions as necessary.
- Development of a comprehensive agreement that can be shared with the successful offeror.
- Presentation to city council of final comprehensive agreement/vote on the contract.
- The city will consider proposals that include services to be provided after the presentation to city council.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
