Athletic Academy Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide consulting services regarding agency with a targeted academy launch of September 2026.
• Liaising with local school divisions to establish an appetite for expanding athletic academy programs with a focus on space utilization at corporation operated facilities.
• Research alternate academic settings and provide a report on the feasibility of these options (such as charter and private schools).
• Liaise with community sport organizations to identify partnerships and demand for athletic academy offerings.
• Liaise with regional partners on potential lease of space for classrooms.
• Development and delivery of a comprehensive program budget, including tuition expectations for potential student-athletes.
• Research and recommend program grant and funding opportunities.
• Research and recommend program sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop, in consultation with the corporation, a potential program brand.
• Create a presentation package that outlines a turnkey program for existing local school divisions or alternate school operators.
