Prime Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide a prime consultant and team are being engaged for detailed design, permits, equipment procurement support and construction.
• Two review sets (50% and 90%) for university to review. 
• Document how university comments were incorporated and addressed, revise design details as needed. 
• Review and comment on cage washer equipment shop drawings and technical information. 
• Ensure compatibility for installation. 
• IFT and permit documentation
• Input on tender package contents and tender evaluation. respond to bidder queries, issue addenda as required. 
• Field reports. conduct field reviews. 
• Responses to RFI’s, shop drawing submittals and progress claims. 
• Issue deficiency reports, site instructions and CCNs as needed. 
• Permit and project sign-off documentation (such as substantial completion, holdback release approval and schedules
• Final project records package submitted to university project manager and records.
