The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive analytical support and provide recommendations through analysis, review and understanding the department’s priorities.
- Reviewing and providing analyses of state and federal legislative and agency policy;
- Reviewing and providing financial analyses and recommendations on investment of resources;
- Reviewing and analysis of agency strategy; and
- Reviewing policy from an equity lens. - Recommendations to refine plans to engage with key stakeholders through strategically prepared communications that will highlight mission success to a variety of stakeholders.
- Services include:
1. Initial Consultation and Planning
• Meet with key stakeholders to understand the organization’s goals and challenges.
• Develop a project plan with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Document Review
• Review key organizational documents including but not limited to performance reports (i.e. application timeliness report, case closure reports, Quality Control Reports, Work Participation Report, legislative reports, and Federal Reports), policies and procedure documents, data dashboards,
• Analyze current organizational charts, roles, and responsibilities.
3. Stakeholder Interviews & Surveys
• Conduct one-on-one interviews and/or focus groups with key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., staff, partners, funders).
• Develop and distribute a survey to gather broader input from staff and stakeholders on organizational culture, leadership, communication, and effectiveness.
4. Gap Analysis
• Compare the organization’s current performance to its strategic objectives and industry best practices, identifying areas where improvements are needed.
