The Vendor is required to provide professional consulting services.
- Survey will be supplied to the consultant, but supplemental survey may be required.
- Comprehensive streetscape enhancements aimed at improving pedestrian and bicycle accessibility within the downtown and north side neighborhoods.
- Planned improvements include the installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps, detectable warning surfaces, upgraded crosswalk treatments, new shade trees, dedicated bicycle lanes, bicycle racks, waste receptacles, exquisite benches, and decorative street lighting to enhance both roadway and pedestrian environments.
