• Professional firm to evaluate the current and future suitability for operation, space requirements, function and performance for those that occupy town hall.
• The assessment will provide detailed cost estimates and a schedule when the work should be completed to optimize the use of the town hall including renovations, expansions and or replacement.
• The assessment is to provide a clear understanding of the town hall’s current condition and future requirements, allowing the town to make informed capital planning decisions.
- Condition assessment
• Professional firm to evaluate town hall and to determine what preventative maintenance, repairs and improvements should be performed.
• Provide detailed cost estimates to do the work and provide a schedule when the work should be completed.
• The assessment is to provide a clear understanding of the town hall’s current condition and future requirements, allowing for the town to make informed capital planning decisions.
