Professional Development Training and Courses Services

The vendor is required to provide partner with professional development providers who can support our strategies to advance staff development and employee engagement. 
- Specialized training, consulting, team building, executive coaching, and professional development sessions for its workforce in the following categories: leadership development, strategy, strategic planning, management, self-care and wellness, workplace culture, belonging, workplace culture, belonging, communications, technology, project management, process improvement, organizational optimization, customer service, coaching and mentoring, innovation, conflict resolution, project management, time management and productivity, emotional intelligence, workplace ethics, change management etc.
- Align with our strategic objectives. this initiative will provide critical tools and resources to support the ongoing learning, development, health, and well-being of our team members.
- the trainings are high quality, interactive, targeted for the specific audience, and aligned with adult Learning methodologies. 
- The vendor must provide expert instruction, materials, and resources specifically designed on the agreed upon topics.
- The vendors must have a positive track record of consulting, team building, executive coaching, or professional development activities within local or state government or state agencies. 
- They should have a minimum of five-years’ experience presenting to a variety of groups, of all sizes and with a variety of needs.
• Specialized consulting, team building, executive coaching, or professional development on the agreed upon topic(s) 
• Customized resources to support the specialized training content. 
• Post-activity follow-up resources 
• Travel, lodging, and meal arrangements for the training facilitator as necessary.
