Comprehensive Educational and Academic Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide comprehensive educational and academic consulting services for a k–12 public school system.
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies that enhance instructional quality, accelerate student achievement, and strengthen school and district-wide academic performance.
1. Curriculum review and development
• Evaluate existing curriculum across core and special subject areas.
• Align curriculum with state and national standards.
• Develop or enhance curriculum materials, pacing guides, and instructional frameworks.
2. Instructional strategy and professional development
• Provide job-embedded professional learning for teachers, instructional coaches, and leaders.
• Facilitate workshops on evidence-based practices, culturally responsive pedagogy, and the science of reading.
• Support implementation of differentiated instruction and data-driven decision making.
3. Assessment and data analysis
• Support the design and evaluation of formative and summative assessments.
• Analyze academic performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
4. School improvement planning
• Assist in the development and monitoring of school improvement plans.
• Support implementation of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and intervention strategies.
5. Leadership coaching and capacity building
• Provide coaching and consulting to school and district leaders.
• Build internal capacity to sustain improvements beyond the consulting engagement.
6. Stakeholder engagement
• Design and facilitate focus groups or community input sessions with families, students, and staff.
• Provide recommendations on effective communication strategies to foster engagement and transparency.
