The vendor is required to provide from its current property management and housing software system (HMS/HAB) to Yardi voyager.
- Provide comprehensive support for the following activities:
a. Project planning and management
• Develop a detailed implementation roadmap with milestones, timelines, and resource planning.
• Coordinate closely with authority leadership, IT staff, and the Yardi implementation team.
• Provide ongoing project management oversight to monitor progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
b. Data migration
• Assess current data structures and integrity within housing software system (HMS) and hab.
• Design and execute a migration strategy that ensures accurate and complete data transfer to Yardi voyager.
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with authority staff.
c. System configuration
• Configure Yardi voyager modules to meet the operational needs and compliance requirements of authority housing programs.
• Customize workflows, user roles, permissions, and reporting tools as needed.
• Ensure full integration of all compliance layers within the Yardi platform.
d. Staff training
• Provide comprehensive, role-based training for all relevant authority staff.
• Develop user guides and reference materials to support long-term system use and adoption.
• Facilitate hands-on sessions, virtual trainings, and Q&A support during and post implementation.
e. Go-live support
• Provide onsite and remote support during system go-live to troubleshoot issues in real-time.
• Monitor system performance and assist with any immediate post-launch adjustments or bug fixes.
• Ensure successful transition with minimal disruption to authority operations.
