Employee Benefit Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide professional employee benefit consultant, to assist schools in the management of its employee health and welfare programs.
- Provide analytical and strategic consulting services on an ongoing basis for group health and welfare benefit plans to the schools office and the schools insurance council as needed.
- Provide on-going comprehensive underwriting/financial analysis and monitoring services (i.e., project total annual funding levels, per member per year funding levels, per population and tier funding levels, generate specific dollar amount scenarios, forecast alternative funding scenarios, project future medical inflation scenarios, etc.). 
- Reports should be delivered in excel format, with a corresponding pdf version prepared for printing.
- Assist in the negotiation of the contractual terms between schools and selected providers of group health and welfare benefit plans.
- Ensure that all contracts, plan documents and summary plan descriptions are produced and executed in a timely manner.
- Assist with compiling documents for external claims audits and coordination of audits.
